No elevator and we were on the third floor. Of course it is an old building and it is hard/impossible to install one.

The staff was simply the best: welcoming and smiley. At the time of the check-in they asked us whether we wanted to have dinner at the hotel as they are normally fully booked on Saturday evening. That was really nice from them and they booked for us the best table. It was also reserved for us the day after for breakfast. The room was extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable. The style of the room was ok.
The bathroom was spotless but very old. Although the wb, bath, etc worked perfectly the style was really antique, like from the 60s, 70s. I would suggest modernizing the bathrooms.

The location was convenient and easy to find. The breakfast had a decent variety of options and was included in the price. , the staff was friendly.
The room was too small for the price paid. The bathroom was outdated, and the shower was barely functional.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was an unforgettable experience! the cozy atmosphere and beautiful snow-covered surroundings made it feel like a winter wonderland. the food served at the hotel restaurant was amazing, offering a variety of local dishes that were truly delicious.
That the Wi-Fi connection was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to keep in touch with friends and family during the holidays. the location of the hotel was also a bit secluded, requiring a bit of a drive to reach other attractions in the area.

During our road trip in the Swiss mountains, we found a cozy hotel with nice decor. the family room was clean and comfortable with modern bathroom. Good selection for breakfast and excellent food at the restaurant. Located close to shops and restaurants in the region.
The electrical plugs for charging were a bit outdated, but we made it work.
